Robert B. Dickie, a member of the State Bars of California, Massachusetts and New York, practiced law at Sherman & Sterling, has served as a tenured professor at Boston University's School of Management and as a faculty member at Stanford Law School's Directors' College.  A graduate of Yale University, he earned a J.D. at the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall). He authored Financial Statement Analysis and Business Valuation for the Practical Lawyer, published by the ABA and its best seller in 1999 (2nd edition 2006).


Donald P. Andrade, a frequent speaker on topics including raising capital, financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory developments, is an adjunct professor at Suffolk University.  Prior to joining The Dickie Group, Don was a partner at Deloitte & Touche, where he was a leader in its IFRS services and had top-level responsibilities including 18 years in the US and 11 years in France, China and Russia, where he led the Firm's service line assisting US and non US companies with cross-border capital raising and advising clients regarding compliance with US securities laws and regulations. Don taught in Deloitte's IFRS training programs and was lead author of the Firm's guidebooks entitled Raising Capital in the US and Growing Your Business Globally.


William C. Donovan, recently finished several complex projects for the U.S. Treasury Department in Africa.  He has experience in strategic financial planning with major financial institutions and is a member of the American Institue of CPAs.  A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, he earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.


Phillip E. Meyer, Professor Emeritus of Boston University's School of Management, has served as adjunct professor at Boston University's School of Law, Northeastern University's School of Law and Harvard University's Extension School.  A member of the Financial Executives Institute and the American Accounting Association, he authored Applied Accounting Theory: A Financial Reporting Perspective.  He earned a master's degree at The Ohio State University and baccalaureate and doctoral degrees at the University of Maryland.


Peter R. Russo, is an Executive in Residence and Director of the Entrepreneurial Management Institute at the Boston University School of Management.  He serves as advisor and board member for a number of commercial and not-for-profit organizations and has served as CEO of Data Instruments.  A graduate of Montclair Statement University, he earned an MBA from Harvard University, where he was elected a Baker Scholar.
