Jules J. Schwartz, has served as Dean of Boston University's School of Management and Distinguished Visting Professor at Babson College. He has been the principal expert witness in the Columbia Gas bankruptcy and served as receiver/trustee for Town Enterprise Corporation and other bankruptcy cases in the Federal District Court of Delaware, where he also was called upon to assess financial damages and property value in bankrupt estates. A graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned an MBA, he received a Doctorate of Business Administration from Harvard University where he was a Harvard Fellow and a Chrysler Fellow.
Whitney R. Tilson, founded T2 Partners and the Tilson Mutual Funds which manage a number of value-oriented hedge funds and mutual funds. Co-founder of Value Investor Insight and the Value Investing Congress, he writes a regular column on investing for the Financial Times and has written for the Motley Fool and TheStreet.com. He graduated from Harvard College (magna cum laude) and earned an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School where he was elected a Baker Scholar (top 5%).
Raymond P. Wilson, is an Executive in Residence at Boston University where he teaches in the Schools of Law and Management, where he is consistently among the highest rated faculty members. He has served as senior executive and CFO of several, primarily technology-based, companies, both privately and publicly owned, which he founded and led. In addition to handling over 20 acquisitions, he designed his companies' capital structures and handled numerous financings, including senior debt, mazzanine financings, and equity offerings.
