Bob Dickie is the founder of The Dickie Group. A graduate of Yale University, L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, and the School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), Bob practiced corporate law at Shearman & Sterling and is a member of the State Bars of California, Massachusetts, and New York. He is on the faculty at Stanford Law School's Directors' College and is a former Professor of Management, with tenure, at Boston University's School of Management. He is the author of Financial Statement Analysis and Business Valuation for the Practical Lawyer, published by the American Bar Association, and its best seller in 1999 (2nd edition 2006). | |

William C. Donovan has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and over 14 years of investment industry experience in fixed income securities. He served as Vice President of Fixed Income Strategy and Marketing for Alex Brown & Sons, and has experience in strategic financial planning with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Quantitative Studies and a concentration in Computer Science, Mr. Donovan received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. | |

Peter R. Russo is a member of The Dickie Group and an Executive in Residence and Director of the Entrepreneurial Management Institute at the Boston University School of Management. Pete served as the CEO of Data Instruments, an employee-owned technology company (currently Honeywell Data Instruments) and serves as advisor and board member for a number of commercial and not-for-profit organizations. Peter earned his B.S. from the Montclair State University in 1974 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1980, where he was elected a Baker Scholar. | |
| Philip Saunders | ||

Philip Saunders has over 30 years of investment and valuation experience and has analyzed and valued hundreds of companies. He has been an expert witness in cases in Federal District Courts, State Courts, and in arbitrations, with cases about evenly split between plaintiff and defendant. His publications include papers on the application of economic and financial analysis to issues in the law and on valuation matters, including, most recently, articles on minority interests, control premiums, and marketability discounts. Dr. Saunders holds a BA from Yale University and a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, and is a past-President of the Boston Economics Club and the Boston Chapter of the National Association of Business Economists, a member of the National Association of Forensic Economists, and a trustee of Deutsche Funds. | |

Dr. Schwartz earned an MBA and a DBA from the Harvard Business School and served as Assistant Dean at the Wharton School and as Dean of the School of Management at Boston University, where he won the Metcalf Prize as one of the University's most outstanding teachers. He has been a director of numerous public and private companies, has taught corporate finance worldwide to numerous Fortune 100 companies, and has been an expert witness in major federal securities litigation involving valuation and damages and in one of the largest bankruptcy cases in American history. Prior to earning his advanced degrees, he was an engineer with three Fortune 200 companies. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and a past Governor of the Boston Stock Exchange. | |

Ray Wilson has served as senior executive and CFO of several, primarily technology-based, companies which he helped build and lead. In addition to handling over twenty acquisitions, he designed his companies' capital structures and handled numerous financings, including senior debt, mezzanine financings, and equity offerings. These included an IPO as well as private equity, during which he worked with major investment banks and law firms. He is a principal and co-owner of an investment company; an adjunct faculty member in the MBA program and in the School of Law, Boston University, where he is consistently among the highest-rated faculty members; and a member of the Dickie Group. | |
